Online, I go by Haru.

I write software.

I started with Excel VBA in Japan, in the late 1990s. From there, C, C++, Java — writing business applications. Along the way, IDE and DSL tooling — Eclipse plugins and Xtext↗ in Java, then Theia↗ and Langium↗ in TypeScript.

Now I’m building Itonami (not yet public).

No glamorous resume. No famous company names. I’ve just stayed with the field as it changed. Kept thinking. Kept crafting software.
